Emo\u010dn\u00ed hlad obvykle p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed n\u00e1hle, je intenzivn\u00ed a v\u011bt\u0161inou c\u00edt\u00edte chu\u0165 na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed j\u00eddlo (nap\u0159\u00edklad sladkosti, pizzu nebo chipsy). Pokud ale tou\u017e\u00edte po konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm pokrmu, jako je \u010dokol\u00e1da nebo chipsy, sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u00e1s ovl\u00e1daj\u00ed emoce.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak zvl\u00e1dnout emo\u010dn\u00ed jeden\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. Zamyslete se nad sv\u00fdmi n\u00e1vyky:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kdy a co sn\u00edte nepl\u00e1novan\u011b?<\/li>\n<li>Jak\u00e9 situace v\u00e1s vedou k tomu, \u017ee s\u00e1hnete po j\u00eddle nav\u00edc?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rozzlob\u00ed v\u00e1s n\u011bkdo ve \u0161kole, m\u00e1te vztek a vezmete si \u010dokol\u00e1du.<\/li>\n<li>Po p\u0159\u00edchodu dom\u016f se c\u00edt\u00edte osam\u011ble, tak\u017ee s\u00e1hnete po n\u011b\u010dem dobr\u00e9m.<\/li>\n<li>Neda\u0159\u00ed se v\u00e1m p\u0159i u\u010den\u00ed, jste otr\u00e1ven\u00ed, a tak zam\u00ed\u0159\u00edte do kuchyn\u011b hledat j\u00eddlo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.
